GENERAL TRAINING

Open training is a session open to all abilities to practices competition routines. It’s the perfect time to learn (and remember!) your routines and practice stamina! Our Team Captains and Coaches will be around to help, but this is also an opportunity for them to practice as well! We will play music for all the dances, giving you a chance to practice a bit of everything, followed by rounds.

On Sunday afternoon we offer competition training. This will take different forms during the year. The different sessions include: workshops, technique sessions, rounds, open practice, and private lessons with Team Captains.

We will vary the sessions depending on upcoming competitions and demand from members. Most weeks will include a mix of different session to suit different people so come along and see what’s on. Details will be posted on the weekly newsletter and in full detail on the Training Timetable.
